Sarah has studied with Lynn and Ann Teachworth of Trunamics. Trunamics "offers an approach that gathers and integrates the best in therapeutic philosophies, techniques, and education to equip practitioners in providing the most effective experiences for their clients." Sarah applies these techniques to address both pain (symptoms) and the underlying causes of client discomfort and dysfunction.

Pregnancy Massage Therapist

Sarah completed an in-person Prenatal and Postpartum massage program at the East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. This training included intensive anatomy and physiology of pregnant and postpartum women, contraindications in pregnancy, and hands-on application of techniques.
